Get ready to relax in this 6-bedroom house in Las Vegas. This charming property features 1 king bed and 5 queen beds, perfect for a large group of guests. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, and heating, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The 3 bathrooms provide convenience for everyone. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Safety will never be an issue with our in-home alarm system (only alarm equipment located internally, no cameras inside the home), and exterior security cameras in the front and back yards of the home. No need to worry, though. Privacy is all yours, as the cameras do not view inside the home. Super close to Harry Reid Airport and Las Vegas Strip. Easy parking, newly renovated with a beautiful backyard and large custom pool. We think our place will help you experience everything Las Vegas has to offer!

The house was awesome tho scantly furnished, which I knew ahead of time. Plenty of beds for all of us & plenty of room to party. The patio by the pool was awesome to hang out, just a lil too chilly to swim but got my feet in. All in all we all had a great time!!

Although it definitely had a lot of room, the rest of the house, features, and amenities were just meh!! The refrigerator was barely cold, and we were worried about refrigeration for our food. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work, and the WiFi was spotty at best. The garbage can in the backyard was not emptied, and we had to buy our own supplies to clean the unit before we left. On top of all that, the owner wanted to charge us extra for a second dog. This was supposed to be a pet-friendly property. We decided to leave a day early. I would not recommend.

House was perfect for what we needed 6 guys fit easily! Only downfall is the main living room only has one seating area but we didn't spend much time inside because the outside was wonderful! Beds were all comfortable. 100% would stay again. Host was also friendly and quick to answer any questions I had.

I’ve never had a bad stay in a vrbo, until now I always thought people were being dramatic or unreasonable. The Check in was awful including alarms going off cops coming, host number wrong so no help. The house wasn’t ready because they had our dates wrong. There was barely any supplies like a half roll of TP in each bathroom and one fork (just examples) BBQ was gross dirty and no propane and there were weird cameras in the lounge area (away from the dirty pool so not for safety). Air filters were disgusting. There was one towel per bed with one washcloth total. I would have to write a book to detail all the issues but when I reached out to the host through messages (because his number is wrong or disconnected) he explained why all these things were my fault. His responses took forever and were rude and disrespectful. BEWARE! Most the issues weren’t really things that would make sense in pictures:(

We enjoyed the spacious, yet cozy home. Great parking space, convenient process of check in and out. What we appreciated the most was having immediate communication with owner. We were blessed! Greatly appreciated all that was offered.

Aloha,The overall experience id good. The description of the house is not accurate but safe neighborhood was nice. The floors were dirty upstairs. We actually sweeped them.The facets in two bathroom move, be careful. 1 sofa thats it folks, there are 7 beds not 8. we needed 8, the sofa does have a bed but that means now there are no other sofas for to sit on. Ask for extra towels. Are overall experience was good.

Host responded very quickly to toilet paper and trash needs. Bathrooms updated very nice, very hot showers. Only 7 towels, 3 wash cloths and 3 hand towels for 9 guests. Laundry on site was accessible and clean so we made do. Main floors tiles appeared to be cleaned but had deep grooves in them that left your feet easily dirty. Father in law cleaned the entire pool area, which needed it. Would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. The prior stay had lots of kids and one duvet smelt like urine so I am assuming all of the cleaning did not get it out. Totally understand. One burner on the stove didn’t work. Some of the bath soaps/conditioners did not work or were empty. Suggest a new house cleaner that will assure things are clean and stocked for the next guests. Overall, met all of our needs. Like any other rental, they never seem to change the furnace filters or vacuum the vents. Again, hire a different cleaning person. We moved to another VRBO for work right after, double the price and way worse. Definitely recommend this rental again and again. We had a blast.

The homes location was perfect, we were at the convention center all weekend for a jiujitsu competition and we have 4 little kids so the location was perfect. The pool was to cold for us adults but the kids LOVED it after spending all day stuffed in the convention center each night they loved to swim. The over all cleanliness I rated low because there was layers of dust on everything from the kitchen utensils and dishes to the vents being caked in nasty dust and the floor boards and the backs of doors being absolutly caked in probably years of dust. But those are all relatively minor. There was towels, blankets etc all clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but no forks…. That was a little frustrating but not a huge deal. The back yard the first day the kids kept getting glass stuck in their feets so we walked around and we picked up a LOT of broken glass that appears to be beer bottles and stuff we are all athletes and don’t drink it sure as heck wasn’t us…but I communicated that to the owner and the next morning they sent someone over to sweep it again. We did not have any other issues with the glass after that. They did not leave us hardly any TP but when I reached out they responded quickly and brought us more! When all was said and done, we agreed we’d for SURE book this stay again on our next competition there. Compared to the other homes members of our team were renting in the area this home was exceptional. IMO it sleeps more than the listing even says.

Pool needed cleaned. Outside had not been cleaned well. Needed more wash cloths and hand towels. Beds were ok. A/C did work. Parking was plenty. Overall decent for the price.

Not bad. Worked for our party.

The neighborhood was not ideal, parking was great, check in was a breeze, lots of space, pool was nice once it got cleaned. Outdoor seating was good, furniture and silverware were a bit to sparse, the couch was awful as far as being comfortable, the air conditioner was loud, but it helped drown out to sounds of the planes. The beds/pillows were comfy, the cleaning products were sparse, but the owner was easy to get ahold of for any needs, and I had a few. The proximity to places listed on the listing is false, although not far, they are not as close as listed.

Wonderful time close to the strip!

I had a large group that stayed! We got everyone in a bed and felt very comfortable! While the place was clean, it could use a deep clean! A kitchen cabinet beside the stove was not fully attached. The propane was empty when wanting to use the grill. These were only small minor things compared to the ease of check in and out. The spaciousness of the house! I would personally recommend that the host possibly have a few larger pots available for larger parties! I plan on always booking this location whenever visiting Las Vegas due to my experience and location!Thank you for letting us stay!!

Gray stay

The bars on the windows were a bit intimidating. Though the property is an older property it was very clean, that was much appreciated. You should definitely improve your linen situation. Bathrooms barely had one bath towel each, no hand towel and one wash cloth. We stayed as couples, needed two towels for each couple. And some of the beds only had fitted sheet, no top sheet. No kitchen towels. It would be a good idea for you to invest in some linens for the property. We did appreciate the water and coffee drop off.

Family Get away

This was a good place to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a family of 6. Great location for the places we wanted to visit. There were a few minor things that would have made it nicer, but it was a good value and we were happy with it.

Dump site

Where do I start? Advertised in one listing 7 bedroom. In another part of the listing it says 6 bedroom. 5 queens and 1 king suite. Turns out 6 bedrooms ; 5 queens and 1 w/ double twins. All bedrooms had 1 bath town (like a beach towel). You had to use the same towel every day. There were no wash clothes.. there was a huge amount of trash garbage on the side of the house. Great for attracting rats. Pool was dirty. Had a layer of dirt on the bottom and some trash floating in it.. curtains were small and did not completely cover the window. There was soap in the shower but none in the bathrooms. The only check-in instructions were the door code and there were none for check-out..

Would not recommend.

Initial contacts with host and check in were good. As we were approaching the house, it was evident the neighborhood was rundown with cars on blocks and bars on windows of residences. This particular house also had bars on windows and doors and had a ridiculous amount of boxes stacked in the garage that only had security bars over it instead of a garage door. With having kids with us, it was not inviting and did not feel safe. The inside of the house was fine, other than one of the bathrooms smelling like urine and some broken furniture and peeling paint. The pool proudly advertised in the photos was not undergoing repairs, it was green and littered with trash. The back yard where the pool was also littered with trash and had an ashtray full of cigarette butts. The lilght-blocking curtains were good for keeping the views of the surrounding area out.It was immediately decided we would not be staying at the residence and made arrangements to stay elsewhere. The host was initially responsive and offered some of a refund but stopped communicating with me after a few days.Not sure if this property was better at some point, but it needs some work before being a decent place to stay.
