- While the jacuzzi isn't jetted, it's still a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the soothing atmosphere.

Guest Access:
- Self check-in with Smart Lock code provided upon check-in.
- Garage to remain locked, but guests may park up to 4 cars in the oversized driveway!

The Neighborhood:
Located in spring valley with wonderful neighborhood that has many highly reviewed restaurants.
Grocery stores are also convenient! 5 minutes to Walmart and Target!

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft is best way to get to the strip. On average, costs around $10~ to get to most of the Strip.

HOUSE RULES:
These rules are in place to help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

- Outdoor security cameras are in place in all angles for guest and property safety.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.
- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.
- Quiet hours after 10 PM. Noise monitoring device outside the property will alert us if levels are too high. Multiple warnings may lead to cancellation without refund.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. By confirming this booking, guests accept full responsibility and liability for any injuries or accidents, including serious harm or death, that may occur during their stay.
- The pool is never heated; the pool will be the regular temperature for a Vegas pool in summer or winter. Nature controls the pool temperature!
- Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!
- If there is excessive trash left in the home there will be a $200 charge.

Great experience

Satyed here with 5 friends for a quick trip and its pretty affordable with a great location. (15 mins from strip) the area is also nice.
