STUPENDO IMMOBILIARE LAS VEGAS PRIVATO!

Una splendida casa privata di 5200 piedi quadrati è su un mezzo acro ea soli 10 minuti dalla Strip! Recentemente ristrutturato, nuovi mobili e letti. Due camere da letto matrimoniali molto grandi, armadi walk-in, televisori a schermo piatto e altro ancora! Il Master principale ha una vasca idromassaggio, camino e un ingresso separato per una maggiore privacy. Tutte le camere sono enormi. Il cortile ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio, cascata, pozzo del fuoco, tavolo di fuoco e grill. Grande cucina dello chef sfarzoso, WiFi e sistema audio in tutta la casa e molto altro ancora!

Dal momento in cui si cammina sulla proprietà si realizza le possibilità di rilassarsi comodamente, cucinare e intrattenere. Il WiFi è disponibile e tutta la casa (dentro e fuori) offre un sistema audio, che ti consente di collegare i tuoi dispositivi musicali.

La cucina dello chef è fornita di tutto il necessario se vuoi cucinare a casa ... solo un viaggio al negozio di alimentari nelle vicinanze per prodotti freschi e speciali è tutto ciò che è richiesto. Forniamo bicchieri, calici, posate, piatti, pentole e padelle multiple (compresa la teglia), che servono piatti e ciotole, bakeware, utensili, gadget, articoli in plastica per conservare gli avanzi, involucro di plastica, lamina e portabottiglie incorporato. Inoltre forniamo erbe e spezie, e il frigorifero è caricato con condimenti. Sono disponibili anche il frullatore Ninja, la caffettiera Cuisinart da 14 tazze, la pentola di coccio e il fornello di riso. Tutti gli elettrodomestici principali sono aggiornati, incluso un frigorifero / congelatore side-by-side di grandi dimensioni. I due grandi tavoli da pranzo interni possono ospitare fino a 16 persone.

Le stanze per la vita e la famiglia offrono molti posti a sedere e lo spazio per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo con i tuoi amici e familiari.

Sphere Golf with Friends and Family in LV

The house is pretty much as advertised on VRBO. It’s a large and spacious home, that is well furnished, stocked with basics including spices and condiments, and also well maintained. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was very reasonable with all requests.A great location close to the airport and strip to accommodate responsible groups with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a game room, large kitchen and family area, as well as various outdoor seating areas, gardens, and games. Exactly what we were looking for.It’s not a party house, and has rules with regard to respecting the property and neighbors rights as well, which was what we wanted. Overall, we had an excellent time in LV including fantastic experiences at the sphere. The house was pretty much perfect for our group. I would recommend and stay again.

Great home with everything you need!

I just went for a meeting and though our trip was cut short, the home was wonderful! Anything f you could possibly need was already there. It was the perfect location for me- a quick 10 minutes to my meeting and still close enough to the strip. The beds were super comfy and my teen boys had plenty to keep them busy with games and the game table upstairs. We greatly enjoyed our time there. The host was super responsive and very nice. Thanks so much!

Great property for a large family. Awesome host.

First off, I heard from the host with the code for the home long before I even made it to the area. Host is great if you need anything communicated. He’s fast to get back with you and also checked up to make sure you are good and don’t need anything. The hose is large and in good condition. It is as advertised. Beds…. This is an important one for me; the beds were comfortable and I was able to get good rest while there. House is kept stock with the essentials you would want it to be stocked with. No complaints here. 5/5 star.

Great Location, Spacious and Clean!

Great location and Perfect house off the strip! There was plenty of room for 20 of us, the house was very spacious inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need! The home was well maintained and clean. Communication was great throughout our stay! We will be back!

Great home for large families

We just returned after a week there with a large group of extended family. With the exception of a few minor details, everything was exactly as advertised, and Dan, the host, was exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. And the baths had plenty of towels and linens. The location provided easy access to the highways and only about 15 minutes from the strip, which made for a very easy driving experience. We would definitely return.

Quiet respite

We had a fantastic stay at the house -- it's beautiful -- high ceilings, a large upstairs family room perfect for gathering and for recreation. We were there with a large group of kids and the pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard kept everyone happy, laughing, and entertained. The teens were even enticed to be off their phones!The large dining area was perfect for family style dinners, and the kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be prepping and helping out at the same time. The beds were super comfortable ("like a hotel!" per one well-traveled guest), and quiet, peaceful atmosphere was a welcome respite from the chaos of the strip. Highly recommend!

Las Vegas Estates

We did not have hot water the entire stay. The host had to continuously send someone to reset the hot water heater. After 1 shower the water went back cold. We were not allowed to use the front door to exit or enter the home. The home is overpriced for all the rules. Please review all the rules before you spend your money and make sure you have hot water!!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful large home! Plenty of space for our group of 10 and you can't beat the location close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also the perfect distance from the Las Vegas Strip and other activities such as horseback riding, kayaking and exploring the desert on ATVs. Don't hesitate to stay in this amazing home. Host is also top notch and very fast to answer any questions! Thanks Dan we will be back!!!

Great home and communication from owner

We were a group of 13 (adults) family who gathered as Vegas is a good middle ground for us to meet. Some drove and some flew, and there was plenty of room for the drivers and it's a short Uber for the flyers. The house has plenty of room for visiting and making meals and playing cards and catching up. There was a cold spell with high winds while we visited so we didn't use the backyard, but it looks like a lot of fun, too. Dan is a great communicator and funny, and was great helping us troubleshoot a small problem. There are tons of spaces to visit and watch football and play pool and have fun. I've stayed in homes with poor or minimal items to cook and entertain with, but this one was great. We will gather here again when we can!

Wonderful place to be when you stay in Vegas

The place was absolutely incredible! We had an amazing time and loved everything about it. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and the follow-up was very helpful. The space was immaculately clean and felt like a true home away from home. We'll definitely be booking again soon. If there were more than 5 stars, we'd give them all!

LV Resort

My brother decided to get married last minute we found this place on VRBO. I knew this was the place for us. I don’t think pictures ever do it justice. The home was so very spacious. The backyard was amazing. It felt like a resort. Loungers by the pool. Backyard was amazing and well kept. The beds were comfortable which is a big deal for me. Towels for the guests in every closet. Everything you needed to make it a great stay. We had 17 people and so much room. I would definitely go back for another trip. It was close to the strip. But far enough away that you almost didn’t feel like you were in Vegas. To be honest, it was the best side of Vegas I have seen. The host was very helpful in everything we needed . We communicated throughout our whole trip. Thank you Dan for a wonderful time. Your home was beautiful.

Amazing Home and Host

From the time I booked with DAN THE MAN , he was very courteous, and responsive, this home was very beautiful, the art work, the beds & rooms were very comfortable and clean , the entire house sleeps up to 22 people comfortably the pool and jacuzzi is amazing and architectural design of this home was all we needed in Vegas, to top it off the entire home has speakers throughout that you can adjust the volume in each room , this home has everything to make your vacation feel special and it was worth every penny I spent!!! Thank You Dan and I will recommend this home to everyone and I will be back soon, The Greatest Host !!!

Quick trip with family

Beautiful property close enough to the strip for easy access but far enough away to relax. Excellent kitchen. Very clean. Lots of seating - both indoor and outdoor. Pool and spa were clean and enjoyable with floats and games.

Excellent stay!

Our group of friends were so grateful to be hosted by Dan at this property! It was spacious, excellent for low key hangouts and dinner together. Easy access to the rest of the region, including downtown, the airport and nearby hiking. Glad to have stayed here while in Vegas and would recommend highly for large groups!

Property Manager was responsive to our concerns about heat setting to raise the temperature, drain in master bedroom shower was slow and light bulb needed replacement in upstairs bedroom. Master bedroom bathroom facilities are shared with adjoining bedroom which is not always accessible at time needed by occupants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house.

The perfect house for friends and family

Dan the host was wonderful to work with. He called ahead of time to ask if we had any special requests. He also called periodically to make sure everything was perfect. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The location was perfect for us. Close to everything but not too close to the strip which we like. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back soon

Thanksgiving gathering

The house was in a great location and very clean. We asked for early entrance and that was able to happen. This helped us a lot. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The master bedroom and family room needed the fireplaces for heat. THe temp was at 69*, we had asked for 72-73 which was within their temperature perameters, and that was never done. The floors were cold and we did use the fireplaces. ALso two of the suites on the main floor shared a master bathroom. A little trickey but we made it work. Everyone had an enjoyable time and we all had lots of room. The hot tub was small but nice for 2-3 people. Also wording in contract stated that charge for heating the pool was $150. but a text said $150. per day. A big difference for a 6 day stay. So we chose not to do that.
