There is a lot of work that our gardeners and pool specialists do to maintain the backyard. We're truly sorry to hear that their presence disturbed you in the morning but there is nothing we can do about this, unfortunately. Temperatures in Las Vegas are very high in the summer which is why our maintenance workers start earlier and end earlier. In addition, it is tough to cool down the house when temperatures are constantly over 100 degrees. Our AC unit is necessary and it does as much as it can to cool down the interior. The best advice we have for future guests is to keep all windows and doors closed throughout the day, as well as blinds We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. This is typical protocol for us and a safety measure for guests but we apologize if it caught you off-guard. We were happy to have been able to provide you with early check-in once your ID was confirmed. - We do have some house rules that are put in place for the benefit of our guests and the home (the reminders in the bathroom are to prevent any plumbing issues which would significantly impact a guests's stay).
