Dear Brittany, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I looked into your reservation and did see that you were charged for your stay in error. I have refunded the credit card that we have on file and emailed you a revised receipt. I will ensure that the front desk staff are trained on how to look for this in the future.
