“I booked a smoke free room but once in the room, I couldn’t breathe because of the smoke. I asked the guy who was at the reception to cancel the reservation which he did, but the hotel charged me $243!!! I need my money back!!!”

“This place was way above our expectations. We were in Chicago for a huge event so all hotels were sold out. We got this one for dirt cheap knowing it had a bad rating. But when we got in there we were so pleasantly surprised. The bedding was clean and the room was well above average. The bathroom towels could use an upgrade but that was all that I could even think to gripe about. At least in the room we had, it was such a steal for the price.”
