“Overall, I had a good stay and would rate this hotel 4 stars. The room was comfortable, and everything else met expectations. My only complaint was the housekeeping service. After the first night, the room was not cleaned, and I had to request service about five times. The cleaning was finally done the following night. It would definitely improve the experience if housekeeping followed the schedule more consistently. Aside from that issue, the stay was pleasant, and I appreciate the overall...

“The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper.”
