“Smells like smoke everywhere, even in the hallways for the rooms that are on different floors then the casino. Wait staff in the restaurants is incredibly slow. Hostesses are unapologetic. Maids knock on your door at 9 am to ask when you are checking out. Pool check in is confusing for cabana rentals. Pickleball paddle rental is difficult. Only one cashier works the only cashier station.”

“I was charged twice by you and the hotel. Hall way was super cold. Room smelled musty. Asked for a second night card wouldnt work. Not staying here anymore ”

“We had a great time at the Horseshoe, the casion staff and the restaurant were wonderful however some aspects of the property needed more attention to detail. Our room had 3 funky pillows tiny mismatched and uncomfortable , one door handle to bathroom fell off when open and the coffee pots was missing the needed tray that holds the coffee bag. The rest of the room was cery clean, comfortable and modern. Ther ewas however a lot of differnt noices, from the fridge compressor and traffic from the...

“Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??”
