Hotel a Laurelwood

“There was mold on the shower curtain that I had to bleach myself. There was blood and and boogers on the bathroom wall near the toilet, that I once again had to wipe down. There was a huge whole in the back of the bathroom door and a whole in the floor of the shower. The outside of the ac was caked with dirt that I had to wipe down myself. Ironically the housekeeper Ana left her card in the room. I’m really trying to understand what part of the room did she keep.”

It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available”

“The room was clean and smelled like cleaning solution when I first entered. However, I’m not certain the sheets were clean because there were red lipstick stains on them. The towels were replaced everyday that I was there. The walls were thin cause I could hear my right and left neighbours and the heavy footed guests upstairs.”

And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.”

Ther is a pond near the hotel which has lots of birds and a natural trail close by to walk. Very nice and peaceful. Overall we loved our stay.”
