Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.”

“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“This hotel is pretty conveniently located and rooms are pretty clean. But the breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 am and there are no staff present after 8 pm. Other than that everything is okay.”

“The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, I would advise future guests to be very careful with the cancellation policy. Our reservation was advertised as fully refundable, and we canceled well before the deadline, yet we were still charged for both the canceled reservation and the reservation we actually used. This created a very frustrating situation and required additional follow-up. Other than that issue, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our...
