“Staff were absent at checkin, 20 minutes waiting. Room clean. Toilet leaking and flushing every 5minutes. No towels. After a nother long wait the staff gave me two floor mats instead of towels. This stuff did not engage in a conversation with me other than to not his head. I never understood if he understood I was asking for a bath towel.. I was approached two times by persons asking for food assistance. Lots of trash in the hallways and around the trash cans. A hall light was strobing all night...

“I did not stay there. I refused to stay. The place was terrible. I want my money back. I have tried to get ahold of Expedia service to report this. I dont recommend anyone to go there to stay. I have never been in that type of place. Very nasty & not a place I would ever want to be in again.”

“Not my 1st stay at this adorable and historical inn. Everything is quaint and authentic. Some minor improvements can be seen needed in different rooms. Especially in the bathrooms. The best free breakfast you’ll get anywhere! Also walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants.”

“We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.”

“The breakfast spread was excellent; the server kept the food areas clean and filled the trays when needed. Great service, friendly staff, and great food and drinks at the bar. The room was clean upon arrival, bathroom just needed newer towels and bathtub.”
