“We checked into the Marriott hotel around 5 pm. Placed our things in our room and left for dinner. Returned and decided we wanted to shower and settle in. WE were very disappointed with the room not been properly cleaned. The towels were all dirty and appeared they had been used and rehung for the next guest. The bed sheets had not been changed. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.”

“This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment.”

“The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine.”
