“The property is not great. Bed was sunken in.”

“Room was ok..for One night stay... Staff ..well we waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the front desk. I finally called and they must of heard the phone I ne. She came finally...it was 5:30 pm. .. Breakfast has a nice variety... Parking is very good On plus. Its close to resturants”

“Price of room should reflect property. At least you know what you get with cheap prices..I was afraid to sleep in bed in fear of getting lice,bed bugs, or scabes from unclean sheets, blankets, and pillows. ”

“Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 .”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“My room was clean, nothing extravagant, and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast; the food was fresh, the coffee was delicious, and the overall presentation was excellent. The food service manager was delightful. She was welcoming to everyone, but not overbearing, and made sure customers were satisfied.”

“We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.”
