“I rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars. The staff is excellent, very polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is nice. Lastly, the breakfast was great.”

“All of the staff were excellent. I want to point out Eva! She was so efficient and especially kind. I appreciate the help and direction over the phone, and then she remembered me when I arrived. When you're exhausted, you need kindness and thoroughness, quickly. Eva was amazing!”

“The property is disgusting. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. The person above my room walked back and forth all night. The back entrance door was broken. Total lack of security. I was scared to sit on the toilet seat. I thought I would catch something if I did. There were chunks of the toilet seat missing. The whole house keeping staff needs to be fired. There was old food left in the garbage can and a used tissue on the box spring near the wall behind the bed.”

“There is an upfront fee for deposit even when you use credit for the room were it’s covered under the credit card insurance! Make sure you add the breakfast to your stay if not you will have buy a breakfast for each night! And remember 11:00 is there quiet time!”

“I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one.”

“Bathroom had bugs. I took a picture. Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Lot’s of baseball kids were running and screaming throughout the floors and hotel staff did nothing. ”

“I rented a roll in shower due to bilateral aka, “ no legs” and for two night could not take shower because it was not accessible to a wheelchair and staff said they did not have a chair to sit in shower so I may use!”
