"Our stay at Paradis Beachcomber was overall very pleasant, with some excellent services but also a few aspects that could be improved. The welcome was good, although our room was delivered more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled check-in time. The room itself was clean upon arrival and was always tidied very quickly the following days. A special mention goes to our room attendant, who was extremely kind, attentive and always available to help. We particularly appreciated the early breakfast service for our excursion to Le Morne Brabant: it was prepared and delivered the evening before, which was very convenient. Another excellent service was the possibility of enjoying the beach and pools throughout the day on departure day, until it was time to leave for the airport. The courtesy rooms were especially appreciated, allowing us to shower and change before our flight. The food was generally quite good and varied according to the theme of each evening, although not exceptional. In our opinion, focusing more on quality rather than quantity would make the dining experience even better. Our main disappointment was the beach experience. Many sun loungers were quite worn, with several being broken, and most were genuinely uncomfortable for lying down for long periods. We also found the presence of street vendors somewhat distracting: some remained along the promenade next to the resort beach, which did not create the premium and elegant atmosphere expected from such a prope"
