“This property is okay. Pros: Close to downtown, room has a refrigerator and microwave. free parking with ev charger with a good fee. relatively new property. Kitchenette set (utensils, plates, mugs, cups, soap & sponge) Cons: Overpriced considering parking lot view on ground level, Refrigerator was too noisy (next to the bed), Bed was not comfortable (memory foam, a bit damp), Hair dryer was broken (only cold air worked), Towel had stain (requested new towels), Coffee machine was not working...

“The breakfast was cold and a bit pricey at $65. It included 2 cups and an egg, but the OJ didn't seem freshly squeezed. Also, I thought it was supposed to be included with my roommate’s order. I would have eaten elsewhere for that price. I emailed the hotel never heard back and disputed the charge with my credit card company.”

“Very nice stay for my wife and I's 1st wedding anniversary! A window came off in the kitchen when we tried to lower it and the floor under the bathtub creaked a lot while taking a shower. Wasn't good for the couple below us. Otherwise it was a great bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great and the coffeecake in the afternoon was a real bonus. Overall a very good stay.”

“Palihouse Santa Barbara is a fantastic boutique hotel in downtown, offering easy, walkable access to State Street and the beach. The rooms are incredibly clean, and our room's balcony provided the perfect additional space for outdoor relaxation. The staff is wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Best of all, it is highly pet-friendly—our dog absolutely enjoyed the stay! It is a great spot to come and enjoy Southern California. Will stay here again!”

“Struttura tipo motel , parcheggio comodo in struttura . Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate , infissi vecchi ma quella sera c’era abbastanza silenzio . Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . ”
