“Never saw a staff member the entire weekend stay…only a sign at the front desk stating “we stepped away from front desk, we will back momentarily” (yes, with the incorrect grammar). “This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog.
