“This is the WORST property I have ever stayed with - the room was incredibly filthy. We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. “Had airport shuttle pick me up and the woman never spoke, not one word! I said Hi, thank you- got no response, i commented on what a cute little van - no response, when we pulled up to the front of the hotel I said Thank you - no response. So rude. I know it was after 11pm but no excuse. The room (124) was clean but needs major repairs. Thought we were going to eat breakfast but chicken sausage and egg white thing and flavored waffle batter! “Parking felt safe and the staff was very friendly. ”

“The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.”

“The housekeeping staff knocked just once and immediately opened the door while I was still inside the room. This happened three times in a single day—they entered without proper notice each time. That’s completely unacceptable.”

“The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

“Break fast menu was okay but property has very little eating options. They need a food court. Room was worn.I stayed there last in 2014 and they are moving away from the margriitaville them which is said. They now have a noddle restaurant where the margritaville was..sad. This casino does not even have poker. I would recommend to go to another property as the best thing about this property is the Bass pro shops next door. ”
