Lovely Short-term to long-term stays in this beautiful, clean terraced house with three absultely cute three apartments. Flats A, B and C are all on three different floors and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 adults at a time. Flat A is a studio on ground floor and sleeps 2 guests.
The space
Flat B and C are 1-Beds, with double sofa beds in their living rooms and can sleep up to 4 guests in each of them. Flat B, is located on First Floor with a small workspace and Flat C on the Second Floor with a lovely small dining area. All the units have a Flat-screen TVs, Free WiFi, a hair dryer, a bathroom with either a bathtub with a shower or a shower, a self contained kitchen with all appliances and well-equipped for self-catering.
Location is very close to many amenities including for example; the local restaurants and takeaways: Subway restaurant is 40 yards, Phil's takeaway 50 yards, and Carmelita restaurant is 0.7 miles away.
Convenient for buses into Leeds City Centre, good link to motorways and just 8.7 miles from the house to the nearest Airport Leeds Bradford International Airport. Nearby attractions include Trinity Leeds is 1.7 miles and Leeds Town Hall is 1.9 miles and also, cycling can be enjoyed in the nearby surroundings.

Access into the house is by staircases. Free off-the-street private parking is available that can fit up to 2 cars, and a neat small, front, and back garden for all our guests to use. Plus free extra on-the-street parking!
