“Room was perfect for a one night stay before a flight. Check in/out very easy. Bed not the comfiest and slept on mattress topper which was on top of the sheet? Would happily return for a pre-flight stay.”

“Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room".
