Hotel a Lenox

“The breakfast was muffins and fruit cups, could definitely use an upgrade. The pool was empty when we were there, it's SMALL! If more than 5 people get it is crowded. The beds were comfortable going to sleep but when you try to get up out the bed your body HURTS. It was a decent stay for the price. I'd stay there again. No bed bugs. No roaches. ”

“Ceiling light inoperable, only 1 pillow per bed, no toilet paper holder, no door chain, no night stand between beds, highway noise unbearable and the room smelled musty. Had requested king bed on line and got 2 fulls! Very disappointed!”

“I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room. I glanced down at the bed and saw a black hair. Then, went into the bathroom and saw another one on the toilet seat. There was some unidentified goop by the sink in...

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”
