“Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.”

“I booked the ground floor easy access room which was big and a big bathroom. There was also a fridge in the room and lovely biscuits with the tea and coffee. A super breakfast and very nice tea.”

“My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .”

“Ockenden manor was beautiful and staff very accommodating and friendly. We were also upgraded at check in which was a nice surprise. The room was beautifully designed, and bathroom and bedding were clean, although we did find two pieces of rubbish left behind by a previous guest in the room. Hotel guests can access the spa at no additional cost from 2pm on day of check in to 2pm on day of check out and the spa facilities were beautiful. Good vegan and veggie options at breakfast. “Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente ”
