“I chose the hotel because it was near a venue I was working at for the day, and knew I would be too tired to make the 2-hour drive home afterward. I arrived late, and despite having spent the time doing pre-check in online, I had to hang around the lobby to sign forms, including one about not smoking in the room. There was no parking in the front, so I had to move my car to a very poorly lit part of the parking lot, passing people standing outside smoking by the side entry, which was not locked....

“They don’t clean room everyday the toilet don’t work when it’s check out time they come knock on your door at 10:20 am to come down to check out unprofessional won’t come here again to this hotel ”

“The casino set up, is not adequate for families. Not being able to walk your children to restaurants is not right and service was terrible ”

“Fantastic Staff. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Waterslide was a blast for the kids! Snack and drink shop was extremely well priced. 5 out 5 would recommend to all families!”

“Yes the breakfast menu was decent, however instead of having so many varieties of bagels, it could have been some choice for danish or croissants. And may be two kinds of fruits! Location is excellent and felt the room as very fresh and crisp. This will be our new place to stay whenever we visit Toronto/Mississauga from now onwards! Thank you.”

“Room was very clean and fresh smelling. The service at the restaurant was great. Even though it was busy the staff made sure to accommodate my tired children and were a delight. Kids enjoyed the 'second space' with the kids play room.”
