“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“The room was good and spacious. The front desk staff and maintenance staff was pleasant and helpful. Noted the hotel has only been in operation for a few weeks, so there’s room for improvement. Couple of things to note - the sewage appeared to be blocked so every time we returned to the hotel, the water was murky, the toilet seat cover was broken, housekeeping did not refill shower gel and we had to remind them every day, there were no tea options (mint, herbal etc.) for the room. ”

“The room was clean enough but the drawer near the bed was dirty inside. To use the wifi I had to call the receptionist who set the wife but it disconnected after few minutes: I could not surf the net.”

“Servizio e cortesia eccezionali, dalla reception ai bellman, ai camerieri del ristorante. Pulizia impeccabile con turndown serale. Zona da me preferita a nyc, in 6 min di taxi si è a grand central, in 2 min a piedi si è a central park. Ideale anche viaggiando con bambini.”
