“Yes the room was clean but it smelled like a teenage boys room (a little musty), breakfast was good had a lot of options. Was scared about the location but actually it was not very nice and safe location. ”

“India was so nice when we were checking in at 11pm. The place is super clean, which is the most important aspect to me, and the room was bigger than expected. The hotel is near everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Bad Cleaning ”

“Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took...

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast. ”

“This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...

“Everything‘s amazing the breakfast the staff they’re just great people. They want to accommodate every request that you may have. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It’s clean you open the door and you smell bleach and God I love that and the customer service is superb.”
