“I made a reservation in a non smoking room.the owner stated thst becsise I smoke i would need a smoking room. I stated thst even though I causally smoje I dont smoke in my car or room. The room had dirty linen, floor was dirty, dust everywhere and refrigerator was missing hslf the drawers. For $80.00 this was so dirty I was scared ti sleep on the bed. The room sneeked Like a ashtray”

“The whole hotel needs to be gutted and start over. Pictures on Expedia website were extremely misleading. Building is run down and in need of repair. Walls peeling, common areas dirty. No security lock on door, baseboards separating from wall in bathroom. No blankets or towels in room, had to switch rooms because the first one they gave me was unacceptable. Shower curtain barely hanging up, holes in the wall, shower dirty, shower head not clean. As a disabled veteran, very unsatisfied!!! Do...

“Dirtiest hotel motel I ever stayed in roaches everywhere in the fridge microwave covering the ground on the nightstand they even get in the bed on the phone in the bathroom in the shower on the doors in the cracks or the floor always stinks they allow pets u can hear barking nd meowing chirping even they honestly needa shut down nd bomb it Pool always closed as well also no breakfast”

“This is an older Best Western but it was very clean and most people are very friendly. Walls are thin and my son and I got two complaints around 8:30pm about my son walking to loud. I felt like he couldn’t walk around because of the person under us. Not really complaining it was just frustrating.”

“I was comfortable staying here but I saw a property on the decline. If they don't invest in maintenance and upkeep the place will be a dump pretty soon. I mean like when you attempt to open the closet door and it almost falls out the frame because the hinges aren't bolted to anything. It was just jammed into place to look as if it was functional. Why not just fix it? Bedspreads with large cigarette burns everywhere maybe should be tossed and replaced. Those little snails on the shower floor are...

“I didn't like that the air conditioner unit was making noises all throughout the night.also there was a big cockroach in the bathtub..Asked to be moved to another room the next day and was moved and room .”

“Water pressure in shower was amazing. We had handicap room with plenty of grab bars. Brought our little mini pini dog as well. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would definitely stay again.”
