“Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins...

“We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

“Everything was good, but the breakfast buffet and bartender was not up to par. I came orginially for the breakfast and the bar, but I will not be coming back. I would rather stay at another hotel. Front desk was great, especially the man up front checking people in during the pm session. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable and attended to our very needs. He also, remembers the guest, which is excepationally great. HE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!!!!”

“Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great”

“The room was large and extremely clean with a refrigerator and convection oven. It also had real dishes glasses and utensils along with a dish washer and kitchen sink. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. We will definitely stay again. ”

“Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Walls are thin though and you can hear everyone talking and running around. First day the fire alarm went off, a dog got away from his owner and charged one of my kids in the hallway, second day a women was screaming and cussing someone out in the lobby and on the last night the elevator was out of order. Over all the hotel served its purpose. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. ”
