Hotel vicino a Lewisville Grand Theater - Dallas

“The mattress had stain marks. The comforter had holes in it. The room we stayed had a common door inside the room to another room. Since we were a group of 6 people, we took those 2 rooms and didn't have an issue with it but it will be difficult for others if someone else took the other room. The room just had one small bar soap where 4 people were staying. Since we were just staying there for 1 day, we didn't mind these much but still the rooms were below par. “The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

“It was clean enough. Totally bare bones, but ok for the night. Friendly staff. Sketchy area with lots of homeless people. ”

“The weekend staff were clueless, unknowlegeable, and lacked the willingness to assist customers with issues. I had pre-paid and they attempted to charge me again saying they got new systems which didn’t show my payment. However, I had my receipt.”

“I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near several dining and shopping areas. The staff is great!! We only stayed a night but the breakfast was good and they even had little grab-and-go bags available. They normally have a variety of breakfast options, including a pancake machine. The lobby also had infused water which we loved after driving in from a drier climate. ”

“The room was cleaned every day (housekeeping), the breakfast is tex mex style with some tortillas and pook, plus American options. I never used the kitchen, but it’s looked good. But I never neither found ice nor water to drink. The hotel is old but clean”

“I liked that they served breakfast each morning. Unfortunately, they had to give me another room because of the sink faucet was broken in the initial room given. I had to repeatedly ask for linen because they would only give enough for one person when there were clearly 2 in my room. they appeared to be short staffed, because in the evening when needing something there was no one at the desk to assist. But when there was they had a good attitude and tried to assist with what they could.”

“Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great”

“It was very busy but Kayla was very helpful. She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered.”
