“Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins...

“Everything really was perfect at this hotel. I couldn’t find anything wrong. The rooms are fresh and clean well cleaned. The breakfast was Above & Beyond. It was more than a normal breakfast bar. They had a lot of extras. Well staffed. I have to say I like the little water glass bottle in the room that was a great idea.”

“Hotel is renovated and in great shape. Breakfast was decent and several choices. The only inconvenience was that their spectrum cable was not working so not TV besides streaming options. Overall was good for 1 night stay”

“We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

“The room was large and extremely clean with a refrigerator and convection oven. It also had real dishes glasses and utensils along with a dish washer and kitchen sink. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. We will definitely stay again. ”
