“We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub as we did not see it noted when we booked our room. We loved the pool and hot tub! There were helpful hallway signs to make navigating the resort easier. The room was clean and the food was delicious; however, at a late dinner (8:45pm) and breakfast (9am) the service was very slow to order 2 salads and pancakes and fruit. “The staff at the front desk were friendly and supportive. However, the place looks like it's been neglected and there was construction repair going on in the front of the hotel overhang. It looks like a truck or tractor trailer that was too high hit the bottom of the overhang in front of the hotel and it looks like it is collapsing. “Overall, our 5 night stay was excellent. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. The staff was very knowledgeable and accomodating. We didn’t use any of the exercise equipment, so we can’t comment on that We enjoyed the adjoining restaurant very much. We took our dinners in the bar area. “The hotel was great!!! Beautiful grounds, lots of amenities. The only issue was I was charged for parking, which was supposed to be included. Not a fan of paying for hotel AND parking.”
