“I travel a LOT! This was probably the nicest hotel I have ever encountered!!! Nothing I can criticize....lots of nice little things...huge water pressure in the shower...great shower head....ultra quiet heater/AC.....super comfortable bed...I overslept!!! And, hot fresh Cinnamon rolls!!”

“First, the front desk supervisor was not overly friendly. She spoke to us quickly in a rather harsh tone. Going up the room, we wondered if the elevator would make it. Then, once in our room, we found the shade broken, which prevented any light from entering the room. We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk supervisor said that wasn't possible given our reservation. Really? When maintenance arrived to look at the blind, his response was, "Yeah, it's toast." There were also...

“Very very nice! Close to a walking trail. Excellent security. Was VERY quiet. Parking garage $10 a night and a bit of a walk to hotel. Also would have been quite nice to have coffee in the lobby ”

“Price was good and room was clean, but major issues are not breakfast, no one came by to clean or offer towels for my 10 day stay, and the main issue…. They allow a full on church service early on sundays on a room right next to guest rooms. Not in a banquet room, in a room literally adjacent to guest rooms. Three hours of church music and a loud preacher. Is unacceptable for any hotel or place of rest. What in the world are the management thinking?”

“Stay there for 14 days and house keeper never clean my room didn’t give me clean towels or even give me clean sheets this place is horrible and it smells moldy ”

“I booked a 1 week stay for work, had a family emergency and had to leave for home on the second day. I called Expedia to let them know and ask about a refund for days not used. They called the front desk while I was on the phone with them, Expedia was ok with modifying my itinerary and so was American Inn and Suites, for a 2 night charge at regular rate for $221. I was ok with that. I had stayed Sunday and Monday, checked out Monday night around 8pm. I drove all night and day, got home Tuesday...
