“The breakfast was over cooked and not edible. Tasted like it was warmed up from the day before. The hot tub was barely warm and did not work. The "heated" pool inside was freezing and the outside pool was out of order. The toilet had not been cleaned and the shower curtain was soured and had to be changed. They did not collect our trash the whole 3 nights we stayed. Would not give a refund when we asked the next morning after finding all this out after the first night. She told us we could...

“Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed.”

“The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of selection. It was busy but still room for parking. We only stayed one night and had very little interaction with the staff, but the interaction we did have was friendly. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was fine for a one-night stay.”

“Excellent newer hotel, quiet neighborhood but still easy freeway access. Great view workout equipment. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Close to lots of restaurants. ”

“The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror.”

“My original reservation was at Motel 6 across the street but i had my reservation switched to Microtel The room at Motel 6 was infested with bugs and Microtel Inn accepted my reservation without furthher charge. It was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable ”
