“Clean room and great staff”

“The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.”

“I was very impressed with the physical property and the staff. The back terrace is wonderful. Only small issues. For those of us who are older a magnifying mirror or a light over the hall mirror would be helpful for makeup. Also, the breakfast choices could be updated a little. Perhaps croissants and fresh fruit?”

“When we arrived there was a long line . A staff members phone alarm was going off on repeat. The staff that helped us was doing her best to manage the line and work through the annoying phone alarm! When we got to our room there was a dehumidifier in there and it was about 100 degrees not exaggerating. We went back down to the desk where there was yet another line and had to get another room key. The room was much cooler but still had a dehumidifier in it! The water pressure was awful ! There...

“Comfortable room”

“We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was there! The property was nicely maintained and conveniently located off the highway. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We weren’t able to make use of the heated pool or gym but they looked great. Breakfast was good with a good selection. We will probably stay there on our way back home.”

“The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. “There were this terrible smell in the room”

“The hotel made me pay an additional $2 for some reason. When I got to the room, none of the lights worked. After I brought all my things in I looked behind the nightstand to find an extremely damaged outlet, which explains why there was no power. I saw food remnants and cockroaches underneath the bed. I immediately got everything out of my room and asked for a refund. The person working the desk was no help and I gave him back my keys. They gave no receipt. I contacted Expedia who did contact...
