The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. “Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.”
