“The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish.”

“This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding.”

I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. “So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. I paid extra for a Suite all it was is an extra couch it smelled musty in there and despite the AC being at 68 it was humid but not unbearably hot. My man and I did our research to find this property...

“Everything was okay, except that the carpet smells musty , the windows and bathtub needs to be upgraded since it’s old and moldy.We also had a late night visitor a roach.It’s very small space in the hallways and elevator.Breakfast was okay and staff were very helpful.”

“I did not book handicap rooms, but the property said it was handicapped rooms that were booked. Not at happy with those rooms as I was with the other rooms on our last stay.”

“First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. There was also belongings in a drawer from a previous guest. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the housekeepers clean because I swear I will NEVER stay...
