“Extremely disappointing stay at this Holiday Inn. From the moment we tried to get into our room, things went wrong — the key card would not work, and we had to go back to the front desk to get it reissued. Once inside, the room’s air conditioning was barely functioning, leaving the space hot and humid the entire stay, which made it hard to sleep or relax. “The room was nice and clean, the room we wanted had plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was good with plenty of lighting. Also liked there was an ATM machine because some hotels do not have one. Thank you staff!”
