“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Overall, it was good. Did not assigned me the room I booked. I booked a King but was given 2 Queens, siting lack of availability. Over charged me for my stay until I checked my Expedia booking and told them. Good and convenience location.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Have stayed here before as has very comfortable rooms at a good price. After spending all day at the airport and being cancelled by my airline, I called the front desk to extend my stay another night. They were very helpful and understanding, and made a very stressful day much more pleasant. An excellent hotel”

“The hotel itself is beautiful. The surrounding areas are a little bit dark. There’s tons of homeless around this hotel, every night when we came in the hotel there was homeless sleeping on the front steps of the hotel. The Tim Hortons next to the hotel was full of homeless people and there were people doing crack outside the restaurant.”

“Great room. Had a kitchen which we weren't expecting. Clean room and premises. Walkable to many downtown locations and easy access to train/bus stops. Would stay again.”
