“Place was perfect. Not a huge elevation that made it hard on me or my car, but enough distance from the noise to feel at a cabin. Perfectly clean, spacious, and plenty to do. The location was ideal, only 12 mins from all the fun in the city. ”

“I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was clean and it was very quiet. I was in the room downstairs but did not hear any footsteps or noise from upstairs, or next door. I am a very light sleeper so having a quiet room was important to me. Water pressure was good, staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again!”

“The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. The rooms are very quiet which is nice. “Fantastic!! Loved the balcony on the water the room was spacious and getting in and out with a door code made it a breeze not to keep up with a key. The breakfast was over the top delicious the French toast, blueberry pancakes and coffee was outstanding!! The dinner was even better, hats off to their chef hang on to these people and don't ever let them go!! Stephanie the bartender made us feel extremely welcomed and man can she whip up some fantastic drinks. Mandie was new and she provides...

“This hotel is clean, well-priced, and at a convenient location. All staff we talked to were friendly and it was just a nice, basic place to stay. The only negative for me was the air conditioning unit being very loud, but I have no other complaints.”
