“Clean room”

“The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!”

“Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.”

“Clean room and wonderful staff, but no hot water in the room. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and much of it seems to be under construction. A worker was hammering late into the night on whatever he was working on, until maybe around 9 p.m.”

“We woke up to a flooded room on March 8. We got our belongings and rushed out the door before it got worse. We had to wait (instead of going out and have fun with our family like planned) with all our stuff in the lobby for a new room. Stephanie finally did. We got moved back to second floor on opposite side of our flooded room. When we were all settled, it was an inconvenice that there was no hot water.
