“The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.”

“We woke up to a flooded room on March 8. We got our belongings and rushed out the door before it got worse. We had to wait (instead of going out and have fun with our family like planned) with all our stuff in the lobby for a new room. Stephanie finally did. We got moved back to second floor on opposite side of our flooded room. When we were all settled, it was an inconvenice that there was no hot water. I then again told the front office desk lady, and I also asked her to call the manager . By...
