“This place was Awesome and Unique. A quiet, Tranquil Cottage to relax and unwind. We had a Music Festival to go tonin Austin but didn't want to stay in the City. So We chose a place close enough to Town but far enough for Privacy and Solitude. This place was Perfect. Would recommend to Anyone and We will be back soon. ”

“Room infested with insects. Parking is a problem if you arrive late due to the contractors staying in the area.”

“Location was convenient for my purposes. It was difficult to find because there’s no sign to see from the highway. It’s being remodeled. Elevators are outdated and look like construction elevators, musty smell in reception area but once you get to the room is fine. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean sheets and bathroom. If you need fancy this is not it, but if you’re in town for something, on a budget and will just come to the room to crash it’s fine.”

“Roaches were scurrying away from every direction when we turned the lights on in one room & the second room had cigarette burns on the sheets.”

“This was hands down one of the best vacations I have taken. It’s super close to Austin and there’s a horseback trail ride across the freeway. The amenities are great. The hot tub was always hot and the sauna worked great. Super nice place to go for a romantic getaway. A lot of great places to take pictures. The owners were super attentive and super nice.”
