“This place was not convenient because we had to have the front people walk us up to our room every single time because the keys were not working. And it also prevented us from taking pictures to remember, make memories as we went up to our room.”

“Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin”

“The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog.
