Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.”

“Really clean rooms. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cleaning staff was too quiet, ignored our greetings, maybe pay them a bit more? Overall experience was great! Parking lot was clean and easy to access, in-out privileges 24/7.”

“Overall everything was good except check in. Clean hotel, specious room, very good breakfast and convenient location. I arrived already later than normal check in time however there was still no available room.”

“We stayed here for a trip to holiday world. We encountered some hiccups but the staff made all the difference. They were able to address the issues with care and consideration that really made me feel seen and heard. I can't say enough about their customer service.”

“Power went out at 2:00 am. Could not use the C pap machine. It was hot. No battery lights in the bathroom or stairs, very dangerous. No breakfast or coffee. They need a generator. I would like a refund.”

“There was boxes and furniture everywhere. A weird smell. Spa didnt work. Power went out st 2am until at least 9 amd they didnt offer any assistance, just sat in the other room on their phones and keep lying to Expedia about sad power outage.”

“Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am”
