“I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. Well done the Quay.”

“Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!”

“Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. ”

“The room was spot on. Clean. The bed was so comfy. All fresh linen and soft towels. Only had the room for one night but,would book for longer next time. Really friendly staff.”

“Excellent location on the front next to the pier. Nice room. Great breakfast and as we stayed with our dog he enjoyed his bacon and sausage breakfast as well. Staff were great and made a fuss of the dog. Would recommend it and will be visiting again in the future”
