“It’s looks a bit older and run down a bit, but the room, though small was comfy as was the bed. Staff were great and a good vibe. Has a pool so kid friendly. No elevator. ”

“We booked 5 days for spring break because of the water slide. The chlorine levels were so high that my kids got sick within 15-20 min of being in the pool; this happened every time they swam (8-9x) and would clear up within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. They were coughing so hard they vomited. I reported this to the front desk multiple times; one woman told me that it was impossible that the levels were too high because they’re inspected constantly. “The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. “The staff from the moment I walked in the door were phenomenal! Hotel and restaurant staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. I mentioned I was dairy free at the restaurant, and my server let me know what I ordered in fact had dairy so I could choose something else. The front desk staff were also super helpful! The room was immaculately clean, and exceptionally quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Amazing stay from beginning to end!”
