“Clean and convenient”

“I booked a standard double room months ago and needed the two beds in one room. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, they had oversold the double rooms and didn’t have any rooms left with two beds. I had to find another hotel with double rooms still available. The staff was very helpful in trying to find a room that would work for us. And they didn’t give me any problems when I had to cancel my reservation.”

“The location was 4 miles west of where the Expedia map pin showed, the address listed was correct however. The long entry road is hidden behind a gas station and there is no signage so I went past it. Everything else was perfect. Looks like a brand new hotel and staff was great. Bed, tv, ice machine, chairs, bathroom fixtures, etc all look brand new and spotless. I overslept the 6am-9am breakfast as the bed was so comfortable.”

“Minor scraps and dings not repaired or not painted but nothing big. Bed very good.”

“It's ok if your a construction worker. But never any hot water always just warm water , outlets didn't, towel bar falling off the wall . The worst part was a guy was peeking in my window late at night. All these reasons is why I checked out a Day earlier”

“When talking to the check-in staff and later another staff, each of them was very helpful. The hotel room bathroom fan was excessively loud and the switch for it also controlled the light. If you wanted light in the bathroom you had to put up with the fan noise. This bothered both of us using the room. The hotel rooms are rather dark and the bespreads, etc. are pretty worn and dated. The room was quiet. If you just want a place to rest, it is fine, but the place is a little shabby.”

“Very low water pressure in the shower.”

“Walked in the room. Turned around and left. Would like our money back.”

“The room was filthy. Is it really that hard to wipe down dirty areas of the walls, the corners of the floors and behind and under the bed? Or cleaning underneath the shelves in the shower. Come on Baymont, do better! Make sure the people you're hiring to clean, actually know how to clean!”

“I was there for a week, in a suite with a kitchenette. There was nothing in the kitchen-- no skillet, no saucepan, no plates, nothing. No one provided room service any time during the week. No trash removal, no vacuuming/sweeping, no fresh towels or bed linen. I'll not be going back.”
