“We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile. The room was extremely clean. There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout. If in the area would stay again. ”

“Connie stood out not only a person that takes their job seriously and performs it well but is also a people person. She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location.”

“There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate.”

“Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours. ”

“From the front staff to the cleaning staff. Bryant was such a joy assisted me with my bags .”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The other guests were quiet allowing for a comfortable and restful stay. Considering the price, I think that the property is an excellent value when compared to other properties near Liberty University in Lynchburg”

“Room was great, pet friendly which was a plus for us. Staff super friendly and helpful. Elevator was broken and we were on third floor but honestly with tour dog we would have taken the steps anyway”
