“Room was very clean, staff was super nice”

“The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in.”

“This was a perfect stay. The Staff were all so helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn, in Lynchburg, VA. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, juices, coffee, and was as good or better than any other Hotel we have stayed at. Had a restful sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this Comfort Inn.”

“We arrived around 4pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Not sure where the attendant had been. Otherwise, the suite was great for our family having 3 of our 4 kids with us. The free breakfast was standard for a hotel. The crustless quiche was the best part, although the kids enjoyed having a waffle. It was kept very clean. We would stay here again as it’s very convenient to the college.”

“The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

“I don't know why we was given this type of unit?? Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? Other than that our stay was great”

“The hotel had a "come on" saying that I had to subscribe to Hilton Honors marketing program before I could access the wifi so my iPad was useless. The staff contradicted this, but it still wouldn't work”

“I booked this for my parents from CT, and I had always thought it was high quality(but I had never stayed there) so my thought was this is the best option for them. The blue paint they used in the pool came off and left blue stains on everyones feet (and my kids knees). The 4ft deep sign literally was a sticker peeling off and ended up just floating in the pool! The hotel room had an electric outlet hanging out of the wall, a pedestal sink with nowhere for mom to put her makeup bag, and AC...

“Older building. Front desk great! Shocked to find a nearly empty Modelo beer can fall out when I closed my blackout curtains at arrival. Found small orange cracker crumbs in desk seat. I checked in so late I didn’t bother notifying the mgmt. juice machine broken at breakfast. Had eggs, biscuits n gravy, waffles, yogurt, & cereal as options. (No sausage or bacon option)”
