“The staff at this hotel are some of the kindest, nicest, hard working folks I have ever encountered on a stay. We had some stained carpet in our room, and the air conditioner was a little broken, but overall I would stay here again. I wish the chain would increase the quality of the breakfast offerings. The breakfast concierge deserves 10 stars though - she’s awesome and on top it!”

“Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.”

“The hotel did not honor my Expedia reservation, telling me to work with Expedia to obtain a refund There was a lamp in the living room whose light bulb was dangling down the side of the lamp. The TV in the bedroom did not have a picture, other than a constant picture of HMDI 1”

“Staff friendly and property well kept. As for amenities, no ice bucket or coffee maker. Parking was good, room was clean.”
