“Terrible accomodation. I was moved thrice because the rooms have mould, so I checked out early to avoid getting more sick.”

“Had a wonderful 2 night stay here with my partner and my sister . Easy to find , loverly location . Warmly welcomed by there staff . Explained everything we needed to no took us up to our rooms etc . So nice so friendly and approachable . All areas and rooms very clean and tastefully decorated to a high standard . We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was amazing. From start to finish . Breakfast was equally amazing. . Carnt wait to stay again in the future”

“Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Has the usual complimentary hot drinks, hairdryer and also an iron and ironingboard. A choice of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon along witk a good range for a continental breakfast, served early from 6am both Saturday and Sunday, useful as I had to be a the event from 7.30am. Helpful, pleasant staff. Enjoyed my stay. Also this hotel was walking distance (5 mins) from the Telford indoor shopping centre where there was a large range of shops and places to eat.”

“I liked that the property is close to other services. Was clean,just the exception of a stale smell in the bathroom but I suppose that is what you get when there are no windows to open in bathrooms. It is an old premier inn.”

“Hotel standard della catena. Anche se il prezzo proposto da Hotels era vantaggioso, ogni extra si paga salato (una tazza di espresso al breakfast invece del caffè "normale" 2.45£ in più ....) Per il resto tutto ok, camera grande e pulita, mobile disposti in maniera poco razionale (ho dovuto spostare la TV per poterla vedere dal letto.”

“The beautiful setting and views of the river Severn were wonderful. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals were of very good quality. It was our first visit to Shropshire and we would certainly come back to the Riverside Inn which was perfectly situated for day trips to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and David Austin Roses, among other places.”

“Beautiful grounds on arrival and very impressed. Unfortunately, receptionist was very condescending because we had booked through expedia therefore no fee spa access! We weren't told where anything was or what we had to do for breakfast or how to get to our room!! Room was a distance away and smelt a bit, but lovely comfortable bed and massive shower. We used the bar for food but really not impressed! One of the dishes tasted funny, and we found out it had been fried in hazelnut oil which was...
