“First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. ”
“On first arrival the car park had plenty of space with a gentle slope to reception. Rang the bell to check in. All very pleasant. Guys name is John and he is as nice as they come. Checked in a went to room. All very nice again. It’s what you need on a business trip. Tv. Bed. Kettle and shower. Had a beer in the bar, good selection of tap beers. I’d missed the kitchen due to my arrival time but he offered sandwiches, pizza etc out of hours. Enjoyed a few beers in the bar and got my head down....
“Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. ”
“My only comment would be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
In the unusual heat we have been having.
The heat hit you when entering the room as opposed to the other way round.
Apart from that I would put the Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa in the best top 3 Hotels I've stayed at in this country.
I would rate it's location food and standard of accommodation and facilities as excellent.

“Accessible room, excellent as usual, Bed comfortable and room “serviced “ daily. Breakfast very varied choices catering for differing requirements. Coffee machines offering a full range of Coffees. Ample varied tea bags , sugars and sweeteners. Cereal dispenser and pots of porridge and individually wrapped Weetabix - plenty of Marmite 😁 and jams in individual portions and of course the lovely Kate and staff always attentive and clearing tables and restocking. 3 rd visit this year for us!”
“ Very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable and immaculate room, excellent walk-in shower. Full English breakfast the best!. Well located for seafront and town centre.
Access to reception is via steps so perhaps not ideal for those with walking difficulties Otherwise highly recommended! ”

“A place to be when you have kids and do not fancy to splash into the cold waters of the Riviera: the swimming pools at TLH are cool! And the one indoor is warm too.
Conveniently located near the seafront, and lical gardens and Torre Abbey. Easy distance to churches, shops and restaurants. Food is ok but reasonably priced. Kids go free and we say Thank You.
I appreciate the rooms NOT being serviced every day because guests must be responsible of keeping their space tidy anyway.

“Il primo impatto non è stato positivo dato che l’Hotel ha assolutamente bisogno di una rinnovata, le stanze sono vecchie e i bagni orribili…però da subito lo stato dell’Hotel passa in secondo piano rispetto al luogo in cui si trova e i servizi di cui dispone!
