“Oils, used, ok maintenance ”

“Booked a hotel with a pool for my kiddo. You can imagine the meltdowns when we found the pool without water or upkeep. I’d call before to see if the pool is functioning- it wasn’t while we were there. The hallway desperately needed a vacuum. Beds The breakfast was better than i expected though. ”

“Room 105 toilet ran 24/7. Constant noise/vibration from adjacent room as if there were some sort of mechanical infrastructure running constantly.”

“The room was filthy, blood on the walls and chair, multiple areas scuffed and painted over, bed was broke, ceiling falling down in the bathroom and individuals on drugs hanging out in the parking lot with stolen shopping carts.”

“1 st room had not been prepared or cleaned. Next Room was not as clean as it should have been lamp table right Side of bed had chip crumbs along wall. Had unplug clock to plug in sleep machine (have sleep apnea The nice girl working staff made up for everything. ”

“The first room they gave us the TV didn’t work then they moved us further down to where all the contractors were partying loudly. Our new room the toilet didn’t work, luckily my husband was able to fix it to get it to flush, but didn’t work after that either. Very shabby place sad!”
